Refurbishment of entire building including provision of new Power, Lighting (Controlled System), Data (Cat 6), Leak Detection and Disabled Toilet Alarms. Alterations and relocation of AC within ceiling void, as well as new AC condenser installation to supply Comms Room. Mechanical installation to new Tea Point(s) and existing WC’s.
